1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual user and the entity responsible for providing the relevant mekar11 service. References to “mekar11”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to that service provider. References to “user”, “player”, “you” or “your” mean the person accessing the website or using an account.

By accessing mekar11, registering an account or using any available casino, sports, payment or support function, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using mekar11. Specific promotions, games, payment channels or sports markets may carry additional rules. Documents must be authentic, legible and unaltered. mekar11 may delay a payment or restrict account functions while a reasonable review is in progress. 6Wagering and Game Rules

7Bonuses and Promotions

mekar11 is intended as entertainment and must not be used as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. Users should wager only money they can afford to lose and should never use funds required for housing, food, education, bills, debt repayment or family needs.

Account tools may include deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. A user who requests self-exclusion must not attempt to reopen access through another account or identity. mekar11 will take reasonable steps to apply the restriction, but users should also block payment access and seek appropriate support. 10Suspension and Account Closure

You may stop using mekar11 and request closure after outstanding wagers and payment matters are resolved. When permitted, mekar11 will communicate the general status of a restriction and handle legitimate remaining balances according to verification requirements and applicable law. 11Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The mekar11 name, visual identity, website design, original text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. 12Service Availability and Liability

Where practical, incorrectly recorded wagers or account balances will be investigated and corrected using reliable system records.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mekar11 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, inability to access it, personal gambling decisions or reliance on information outside its intended context. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or deliberate misconduct.

13Privacy and Communications

By maintaining a mekar11 account, you agree to receive essential service messages concerning security, transactions, legal changes and account status.

14Changes, Interpretation and Contact
